Join Our Team as a Tractor Driver!
Are you ready to combine your love for the outdoors with a role at a company that creates some of the most delightful chocolates and sweets in the nation? The South Bend Chocolate Company is looking for a Tractor Driver to join our team and help keep things moving smoothly. If you're looking for a unique opportunity to be part of a growing, family-founded business with a rich history, this might be the perfect role for you!
Founded in 1991 by Mark Tarner, the South Bend Chocolate Company started as a small operation and has grown into a beloved brand with 11 company-owned stores and 4 franchise locations across Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. Our 60,000-square-foot factory in South Bend, Indiana, is where the magic happens—producing over 500 different chocolates and sweets enjoyed nationwide. From our humble beginnings making chocolates under a license from the University of Notre Dame to becoming a household name, we’re proud of our journey and excited for what’s ahead.
As a Tractor Driver at South Bend Chocolate Company, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Safely operating tractors to transport materials or goods as needed.
- Performing routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure it’s in top condition.
- Supporting the team with other tasks as required to keep things moving efficiently.
- Upholding safety standards and contributing to a positive work environment.
We’re seeking individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and ready to contribute to our team. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate tractors safely.
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and grow with us!
While this role does not include additional benefits, you’ll have the chance to work with a company that values its employees and is passionate about what we do. South Bend Chocolate Company is more than just a workplace—it’s a community.
At South Bend Chocolate Company, we believe in hard work, creativity, and a commitment to quality. We’re a family-founded business that takes pride in our roots and the products we create. Whether it’s crafting new confections or supporting our team, we’re dedicated to excellence in everything we do.
Ready to Drive into a Sweet Opportunity?
If this sounds like the role for you, we’d love to hear from you! Join the South Bend Chocolate Company and be part of a team that’s making life a little sweeter—one chocolate at a time.
