At JR Snider, being a Septic & Drain Specialist means delivering safe, expert, and respectful service every time. You'll work directly with homeowners and team members to solve complex drainage and septic issues while upholding our values:

Daily Responsibilities:

• Inspect, maintain, and repair residential septic systems (tanks, pumps, drainage fields)

• Diagnose system issues and explain solutions with professionalism and confidence

• Perform full installations, including excavation, equipment setup, and final hookups

• Use tools such as drain cameras, jetters, mini-excavators, and locators

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, permits, and service logs

• Follow safety protocols and site standards at all times

• Collaborate with inspectors, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth job completion

What You Bring to the Team:

• 3+ years of septic system experience (maintenance, repair, and installation)

• Licenses/certifications in plumbing, wastewater, or drain services (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of septic systems, pumps, drainage, filters, and local codes

• Proficiency with jetting machines, excavators, and locating equipment

• Clear, customer-friendly communication skills

• Ability to read maps, navigate rural and urban job sites, and work efficiently

• Physically able to lift 80 lbs and perform outdoor labor-intensive work

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Team mindset with initiative and a desire to lead when needed
