Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced licensed pharmacist to consult for our team! As a Pharmacist-IN-Charge , you will be responsible for observing, documenting, and reporting any safety or compliance issues. You will also be working closely with management and staff to help ensure compliance with any and all state, federal, and company regulations. The ideal candidate is observant, has strong attention to detail, and has a deep understanding of regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Responsible for MedSpa Wellness program compliance with state and federal laws and regulations through quarterly audits
Works with Nurse Practitioner & management to advise team on quality wellness programs for patients
Vet quality suppliers as needed
Review SOPs for compliance
Work closely with management and staff to ensure everyone is informed on current safety regulations and policies are being followed
Sponsor MedSpa for Category II permit
Compensation: $75/hour, billed monthly; min. 4 hours/quarter
Contract:1-year renewable; PIC holds insurance; 30-day notice to Board on departures
Confidentiality NDA for patient/pharmacy data required
Qualifications
Licensed Pharmacist
Understanding of regulations and compliance on a state and federal level, as needed
