Personal Lines Customer Service Representative - Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 60k/year - Easton, PA

• Our client, a well-established, 100+ year old independent insurance agency in the Easton, PA area, has an immediate need for a skilled Personal Lines CSR. They have developed an excellent reputation for providing a client-focused solutions and customer service for commercial, benefits, and personal insurance needs. They are a close-knit and long tenured team who is looking for candidates to grow with them.

Responsibilities:

• Support assigned service staff, upselling, cross-selling, as well as rating and data entry.
• Process policy documents, change requests and confirmations, cancellations, utilizing the
  agency management system.
• Use insurer websites to obtain quotes, proposals, policy documents, and rating and for billing
  questions.
• Maintain customer and prospective customer files with discretion.
• Process payments; Process late-payment and cancellation notices, as well as payment-received notices into EPIC.

Qualifications:

• EPIC experience preferred.
  
• Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 50k – 60k/year range, plus 50% first year commission on new business you bring in.
  
• In addition, the agency offers medical, dental, vision, 401k safe harbor, PTO, Paid Holidays, etc.
  
• This role is fully in-office. Company laptop is provided for snow days.
