What You’ll Be Doing

Build trust and rapport with customers from first greeting to post-sale follow-up
Guide buyers through a needs-based, consultative process
Stay informed about new inventory, product features, and promotions
Help merchandise the lot and ensure vehicles are show-ready
Collaborate with teammates and managers to meet team sales goals
Deliver a top-tier buying AND ownership experience
