Job Description
• Are you a money-motivated, driven salesperson who wants to make a guaranteed, six-figure income in your first full year as a licensed agent?
• No industry experience in real estate is preferred.

• Follow up on all appointments in a timely manner.
• Uncover the priorities of buyers/sellers and locate homes matching their needs, and show them the homes.
• Be a trusted advisor and use a consultative, servant-leader approach.
Qualifications:
• CA real estate license or willing to get one. • Highly economically motivated and driven to succeed.
