We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drywall Installer/Finisher to join our restoration team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in hanging and finishing drywall, including the ability to handle multiple sheets efficiently. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Measure, cut, and hang drywall sheets efficiently and accurately.
Tape and mud seams, corners, and joints to create a smooth finish.
Sand and prepare surfaces for painting or finishing.
Repair and patch damaged drywall to restore structural integrity.
Inspect finished surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards.
Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Proven experience as a Drywall Installer/Finisher, with the ability to hang and finish multiple sheets.
Proficiency with drywall tools, including taping knives, sanding equipment, and screw guns.
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to different job sites.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
