SWA DALLAS OFFICE SEEKS EXPERIENCED LANDSCAPE DESIGNER (5+ YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE)

Experience in Design, Project Management, and Construction Documentation Required

SWA Group's Dallas studio is seeking a talented and motivated Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience and with proven strength in design leadership, project management, and construction documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture (required); Similar degrees may be considered.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, RHINO/Sketch Up, REVIT/BIM, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong graphic and presentation skills, with the ability to produce compelling visuals and presentations.
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams and managing projects from concept through construction.
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative problem-solver with a deep understanding of design, documentation, and constructability.
• Experience in a range of project types and scales, both public and private.
• Proven ability in construction documentation, specifications, plant materials, and coordination with consultants.
• Interest or experience in business development and client relations.

Additional proficiency in the following is desirable:

• BIM / Revit
• Lumion, D5 and other visualization platforms
• Hand sketching
