Position Summary: The Digital Marketing Internship at Butterfly Pavilion is an opportunity to develop real-world skills in social media planning and execution, creative and trending content development, and project management at a nonprofit achieving global impact in invertebrate research, conservation, and education. The intern will be responsible for developing content for social media to engage users and create a relationship between the community and Butterfly Pavilion's mission. They will also be responsible for planning content calendars, drafting compelling captions, and assisting the marketing team with other social campaigns. The Intern will report directly to the organization's Marketing and Communications Coordinator and will have the opportunity to collaborate with individuals in multiple departments to achieve project goals.

Work primarily involves sitting at a desk using computer for extended periods of time. May occasionally be required to walk and lift items less than 50 lbs.
