We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to support live events, grassroots outreach, and face-to-face marketing campaigns for nonprofit and cause-driven organizations. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience, grow your skills, and make a real impact in your community.
As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the face of our campaigns—connecting with the public, sharing information, and creating positive experiences at live events. Your role will include:
Representing nonprofit and ethical brand campaigns at live events and promotional activations
Answering questions and providing clear information about campaigns, services, and community initiatives
Assisting with event setup, logistics, registration, and promotional material distribution
Collaborating with marketing and outreach teams to ensure smooth event execution
Gathering customer feedback, tracking interactions, and suggesting improvements
Troubleshooting on-site challenges with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset
Delivering friendly, enthusiastic, and professional customer service at every interaction
We’re seeking motivated individuals with energy, empathy, and strong communication skills. Experience is helpful but not required .
