- No Nights, No Weekends: We are open Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM.
What You’ll Do - Orchestrate Operations: Lead daily warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations.
- Drive Efficiency: Oversee workflows, from receiving to shipping, ensuring accuracy, productivity, and on-time order fulfillment.
- Master Inventory: Conduct cycle counts, manage inter-company transfers, and ensure proper storage and order accuracy.
- Safety First: Safely operate forklifts, maintain a clean, secure facility, and ensure trucks are loaded properly for damage-free deliveries.
- Lead by Example: Mentor staff, maintain positive communication with your team and customers, and represent the company with professionalism.
Your Qualifications - Customer-Focused: Excellent service and problem-solving skills.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and can juggle multiple priorities.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with warehouse operations, inventory management, and product handling is a must. Knowledge of DOT rules and OSHA forklift requirements is a plus.
- Supervisory Skills: Previous experience leading teams in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
- Team Player: You know how to inspire teamwork and build a cooperative environment.
- Education & Experience: High school diploma/GED required, with 1-2 years in a similar position or progressive role preferred.
