The Dot's Pretzels brand has seen an enormous amount of growth, so we are looking for employees to come be a part of our team in the Plymouth, IN location. * Pay:* * Starting at $20.25/hr * Total Rewards:* * Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, & Vision) Starting Day 1 * 401(k) Retirement Plan - with generous company match * Paid Time Off * Shifts:* * Day and Night shifts available * 12 hours shift (6am-6pm & 6pm-6am) * 2-2-3 schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off rotation. Working 3-4 days/week ( One week : Sun, Wed, Thurs Next week : Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat). * Candidate Process:* / Please note - communication will be through phone, email, and text. Ensure you have access to a valid email address/ * Qualified applicants will receive a phone call to schedule an onsite interview * Post Offer Background Check and Drug screen required * Summary:* This position will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor and is responsible for staging, loading, and unloading finished product and raw materials as well as, stocking and maintaining warehouse inventory. * Responsibilities:* - Stage finished product for loading - Load finished product onto truck. - Operate forklift and attachments safely - Unload raw materials from truck and move to warehouse storage. - Move packaging waste to dumpsters and product waste to storage trailer - Responsible for visual quality inspections of incoming and outgoing materials and finished products. - Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Operate forklift and attachments safely - Operate the Lantec Wrapper to complete finished pallets - Complete daily logs including trailer inspections, incoming material inspections, forklift inspection, counts as requested, and readings per schedule. - Process receiving transactions - Process inventory transfers including - Process shipping transactions to customer and to the corporate facility in Bluffton - General Housekeeping - Be safe and alert at all time - Provide on-the-job training to new employees - Create a positive work environment for co-workers & customers - Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management * Minimum Qualifications:* - Forklift Certification - Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English - Good overall communication skills - Ability to follow instructions - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds required The Hershey Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
