Your Mission

• Own transmission and powertrain work: remove and reinstall critical components with confidence.
• Diagnose and repair drivability concerns across light trucks, passenger cars, and electrified platforms.
• Complete foundational inspections to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
• Road test and produce clear reports that communicate findings and fixes.
• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Champion safety and a clean, organized shop environment.

• General mechanical skill and a knack for troubleshooting.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer literacy.
• GED or High School Diploma.

Our Story

Founded in 1955 by John Partipilo, Dynamic Manufacturing remains family-owned and focused on excellence in powertrain manufacturing. We produce Torque Converters, Transmissions (Automatic, Manual, Hybrid models), and Transfer Case Assemblies for the automotive, off-road, industrial, and racing markets. What began as a single retail facility now serves the aftermarket and several OE customers across nearly a million square feet, powered by 1,000+ talented professionals. Our turnkey operations span engineering, total machining, assembly, and dynamometer testing.
