Lead and inspire the front desk team to hit sales targets
Recommend treatment packages and skincare products directly to clients
Ensure smooth appointment flow and a five-star guest experience
Collaborate with marketing to roll out promotions and campaigns
Track performance and coach the team for continuous improvement
Who You Are:
2+ years of sales experience in spa, wellness, aesthetics, hospitality, or luxury retail
Motivated by results with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
Strong leadership, communication, and client service skills
Dependable, professional, and available to work weekends
