We’re currently hiring a Trailer Mechanic in our Hagerstown, MD location. If you're dependable, safety-minded, and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

You’ll work alongside experienced supervisors and skilled technicians.
We give you the time and tools to do the job right.
Perform preventive maintenance and general repairs on medium- to heavy-duty trucks and trailers to meet DOT and company standards.
Diagnose and repair issues related to:
Air and hydraulic brakes
Tires
Suspension and steering systems
Electrical systems
Drivelines
Mobile A/C and refrigeration
Trailer doors, floors, and side panels
Engine overhauls and rebuilds
Conduct welding and fabrication as needed.
Complete accurate and timely documentation of all repairs using internal systems.
Work collaboratively with safety, operations, and driving staff to reduce vehicle downtime and ensure compliance.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Perform occasional service calls and work overtime as needed.
Valid Class 7 Inspection License (required)
CDL License (preferred)
Must own your own tools
Must pass DOT physical, background check, and drug test
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills, with solid trailer repair experience
Familiarity with electronic diagnostics and repair procedures
