We are hiring a bather for Sunday only. This would be a great job if you are needing supplemental income.
We do not offer full grooming at our facility but instead offer bathing services, toe nail trims, anal gland expression, and potty trail trims only. You will work as a solo bather in a nice private area.
This job requires a great deal of physical activity as you will stand on your feet the entire shift and will be lifting dogs into the tub. It also requires high standards of quality to be kept and someone who pays a great attention to detail.
Must be available each Sunday 9:00am to 3:00pm . We are very flexible within these hours. Shift could at time go over the 6 hours but this would be extremely rare. Most shift are actually shorter than the 6 hours scheduled.
On slower days you are welcome to leave if you would like or you can be assigned to another area if needed or wanted.
Our bathers are required to do the following;
Candidates should have good memory retention to learn/remember dog names, their behaviors and personalities; Must be able to give great attention to detail, must be observant to notice limps, scratches, smells, changes in behavior, impending escalation of excitement, etc.
