The ideal candidate will have experience in right of way acquisition and management, with a focus on renewable energy projects. As a Staff Right of Way Specialist, you will be responsible for securing necessary land rights for the development of renewable energy facilities, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research and analysis to identify suitable right of way options for renewable energy projects Negotiate and secure land rights through easements, leases, and other agreements Coordinate with landowners, legal teams, and project managers to ensure smooth acquisition processes Monitor and track right of way activities, ensuring timely completion and compliance with project timelines Provide support and guidance on right of way issues to internal and external stakeholders Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Land Management, or related field 3+ years of experience in right of way acquisition, preferably in the renewable energy industry Strong knowledge of land rights, easements, and property law Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
