At Energy Harbor, we pride ourselves on being a full-service, in-house solar and energy efficiency provider. We never subcontract core installations, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. We’re growing quickly and looking for skilled, motivated individuals to join our installation team.
Comfortable working at heights, on roofs, and in attics
Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 50+ pounds overhead
Must observe OSHA and Energy Harbor Safety Procedures at all times
Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
Valid Driver’s License
Reliable means of transportation
Work with a crew to install solar panels on residential and commercial roofs
Prepare, load, and organize installation vehicles daily
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Interact with homeowners and customers in a polite, professional manner
Prior solar installation education or experience is a plus
Previous experience in roofing, electrical work, or construction trades
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Desire to contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment
