Job Title: SIGINT Systems Engineer (2 or 3)
Location: Annapolis Junction , MD
Required Clearance : TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
Salary: Commensurate with experience

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced SIGINT professional to support collection, analysis, and reporting across joint and cyber mission environments. This role supports unified and sub-unified commands and requires a strong understanding of the full SIGINT production chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end SIGINT operations (DNR/DNI).
• Use standard government SIGINT tools and databases.
• Support commands such as SOCOM and INDOPACOM.
• Align intelligence efforts with user requirements and mission needs.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and leadership to SIGINT teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in SIGINT collection and reporting (civilian and/or military).
• Familiarity with cyber and traditional SIGINT mission technologies.
• Prior support to joint/combined operations.
• Proven leadership in SIGINT roles.
