Salary: $70,000 - 117,000 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking candidates with a robust technical and development background, specifically with over 9 years of experience in the field, including at least 3 years in a senior engineering or leadership role. You should have more than 3 years of practical experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Databricks. A strong proficiency in ETL processes, SQL, and PySpark is essential. You will also need to demonstrate proven experience in managing cloud applications and ensuring network security. Familiarity with Git repositories and release pipelines is a must.

Responsibilities:

• In this pivotal role, I will lead the design and development of enterprise-level data pipelines leveraging Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Databricks, ensuring that our solutions are scalable, reliable, and performant amidst large-scale ETL/ELT processes. I will take complete ownership of our cloud-based data infrastructure, overseeing deployment, performance, and security measures while advocating for best practices in cloud governance and compliance. Acting as a strategic partner, I will work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to facilitate requirements gathering and ensure data initiatives align seamlessly with business objectives. Additionally, I will define and uphold standards for version control and automated deployments using Git repositories and release pipelines while mentoring my team on DevOps best practices. I will also guide my team in creating efficient SQL and PySpark code, conducting performance tuning, and addressing complex data issues, fostering a culture dedicated to data accuracy and operational excellence.

Compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $117,000 annually, depending on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for our discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance.
