Job Description

We are a Tampa-based real estate wholesaling and fix-and-flip company. This role is for early-career professionals who are strong on the phone, comfortable with technology, and used to working toward clear performance metrics. You will be speaking directly with homeowners by phone, text, and email. Your job is to communicate clearly, ask the right questions, document conversations accurately, and move motivated homeowners through our process. This is not a senior sales position. Candidates who come from structured, metric-driven environments such as telecom sales (Verizon, AT&T, Comcast, Spectrum) or technology sales roles (Best Buy, Apple) tend to do well in this position. Responsibilities:

  • • Speak with homeowners over the phone to understand their situation and needs
  • • Follow a clear call framework while maintaining professional, natural conversations
  • • Deliver a strong customer experience on every call
  • • Track all calls, notes, and follow-ups accurately in our CRM
  • • Meet daily and weekly activity targets (calls, conversations, follow-ups)
  • • Maintain high communication standards similar to call-quality or CSI metrics
  • • Participate in ongoing coaching to improve call quality and effectiveness
Qualifications:
  • • Early-career professional (typically 0–5 years of experience)
  • • Comfortable with phone-based communication and objection handling
  • • Experience working toward KPIs, call metrics, or customer satisfaction goals
  • • Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence
  • • Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and multiple software tools
  • • Coachable, accountable, and consistent
