Remote File Assistant (Entry Level) Location Remote in Maryville, TN : Whitwerx LLC is seeking a Remote File Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to work remotely and support our team in managing and organizing files efficiently. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn, we would love to hear from you! Payment Rate: 40-45 Per Hour
Responsibilities:
1. Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
2. Rename, categorize, and archive documents.
3. Assist in data entry and database management tasks.
4. Ensure files are updated and easily accessible.
5. Collaborate with team members to support various projects.
6. Follow company guidelines for file organization and management.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and in a team.
6. Prior experience in file management is a plus but not required.
