PRN Home Health Assessment RN in Indianapolis Our Nurses enjoy:

As a Home Health Assessment Nurse you will:

Travel to patients' homes to do Home Care Assessments
Evaluate and assess things such as mental health, vitals, mobility, ect.
Provide assessment documentation with accuracy and clarity
Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations

A few must haves for the Home Health Assessment RN:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensed within the state of Indiana
At least 1 year of recent Home Healthcare experience, as required by facility
Must be able to work independently, yet together as part of a team
Must be able to remain calm under pressure
Proficient at taking vital signs and administering medication accordingly
Active BLS, physical, TB test, and other medical compliance as required by facility
