Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for an in-home client. This position offers consistent, daytime hours and a predictable weekly schedule. The role is ideal for an RBT seeking stability and meaningful clinical work without evening or late-night hours.
Availability required between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
Scheduled hours will fall within this window
Typical schedules may include 8:00 AM–2:30 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM , based on client needs
Consistent weekly schedule
30+ hours per week is considered full-time
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home
Implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs
Collect and record accurate session and behavior data electronically
Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
Maintain professionalism and consistency with the family
Collaborate with BCBA supervision and clinical leadership
Active RBT certification required at time of hire
In-home or pediatric ABA experience preferred
Must have reliable afternoon availability
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Strong professionalism, communication, and follow-through
Ability to actively engage in sessions
Must pass background check and credentialing
Competitive $22–$27/hour pay
