Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), providing essential support and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to ethical practices and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by the BCBA.
- Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress.
- Assist in the development of instructional materials and strategies.
- Conduct discreet trial teaching, naturalistic teaching, and other evidence-based practices.
- Facilitate client social skills development through structured activities.
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Provide support and guidance to clients’ families and caregivers as needed.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
- Current RBT certification or eligibility to become certified within 60 days of hire.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with individuals with special needs.
