Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior / Fresher Project Manager to join our PMO (Project Management Office) team. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or an early-career professional with strong communication skills, an interest in IT service delivery, and a basic understanding of cloud and infrastructure concepts. You will be responsible for supporting project planning, coordination, and reporting activities across technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers in planning, monitoring, and controlling ongoing IT or service delivery projects.

Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.

Support resource allocation, project scheduling, and stakeholder communication.

Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure project deliverables align with business goals.

Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to PMO best practices.

Coordinate daily project-related communications and follow-ups with internal teams and clients.
