Summary

A large federal contractor is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with strong expertise in reseller agreements, CPSR compliance, FAR/DFAR regulations, and Deltek Costpoint. This role supports a large government program and related corporate initiatives within a highly regulated procurement environment. This opportunity is 100% remote and is contract to hire.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on procurement professional who can negotiate complex agreements, manage vendor relationships, and develop compliant procurement processes to support fast-paced program needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation and execution of reseller and supplier agreements, ensuring compliance and favorable business terms.
• Oversee material purchasing activities and ensure CPSR and FAR/DFAR compliance.
• Develop and maintain procurement policies, SOPs, and templates to improve efficiency and audit readiness.
• Partner with internal teams (operations, finance, and program leadership) to align procurement strategy with business objectives.
• Support proposal efforts and procurement file remediation to meet compliance standards.
• Monitor supplier performance, cost trends, and procurement metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of U.S. Government procurement experience (Master’s + 6 years also acceptable).
• Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and CPSR requirements.
• Proven success in reseller or licensing agreements and vendor negotiations.
• Solid leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint preferred.
• Certifications such as CPSM, CPM, or PMP a plus.
