$15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage your station during shifts, adhering to all specifications and restocking food as necessary
• Prepare and portion all menu items for your station with precision
• Ensure all products are correctly portioned and follow our established recipes
• Maintain stringent sanitization standards at your workstation and adhere to all food handling protocols
• Provide support to other stations in the kitchen as directed by management

We're Looking for a Prep Cook Who:

• Has prior experience in food production, presentation, service, and maintaining sanitation standards
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment
• Can comfortably lift up to 50 pounds
• Performs well in fast-paced settings and can handle the pressure of a busy kitchen
• Possesses strong communication skills and can effectively collaborate with team members
• Is able to stand for extended periods (8+ hours per shift)
• Has the flexibility to work weekends and some holidays
