We are seeking a compassionate, pediatric-trained Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated behavioral health team in Reading, PA. This full-time opportunity offers a balanced 4-day work week—three days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and one extended day from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM—providing both work-life balance and continuity of care for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and ongoing medication management for children and adolescents.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, pediatricians, and support staff.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Engage in care coordination with families, schools, and other healthcare providers when appropriate.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive annual salary of $165,000 – $180,000, based on experience.

Requirements:
Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license.
Board Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), with pediatric experience or certification strongly preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in child/adolescent psychiatry (new grads with strong pediatric backgrounds may be considered).
Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
