We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Painter / Powder Coater to join our production team. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in industrial painting or powder coating and takes pride in delivering a quality finish on every project. This position involves prepping parts, applying coatings, and ensuring consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Monday through Friday 7am - 3:30pm. Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, or sanding as needed
Apply powder coatings or wet paint using spray equipment and established procedures
Operate curing ovens and handle parts safely during the coating process
Inspect finished parts for proper coverage, color, and finish quality
Maintain painting and powder coating equipment, ensuring everything is clean and in good working order
Follow all safety and environmental regulations
