Job Description

• Familiar with e-commerce warehouse operations and possess refined warehousing operational experience.
• Familiar with warehouse operation processes and relevant standards.
• Familiar with systematic management of third-party warehousing service providers.
• Strong independent working ability; able to adapt to medium- to long-term business travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or above (exceptional candidates with a diploma may be considered).
• 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience; familiar with B2C/B2B/DF/SFP warehouse types or business models, with on-site warehouse work experience; self-operated warehouse management experience is preferred.

Fluent in English as a working language with no communication barriers. - Oversee on-site overall warehousing operations, coordination, and management for multiple overseas warehouses of designated regional service providers; identify and resolve operational issues on-site, propose solutions, and drive results.

• Establish management standards and process systems for overseas warehouse operations; take full accountability for overall performance in capacity (including pickup capacity), cost, timeliness, operational quality, and cargo damage. Through data monitoring and analysis, identify improvement opportunities, assist and drive third-party warehouse optimization, enhance operational outcomes, and achieve cost reduction and efficiency gains.
• Promote system integration between overseas warehouse service providers and our company; provide systematic improvement suggestions for current warehousing systems (OMS/WMS/timeliness control tower, etc.), and drive system upgrades and optimization.
• Conduct daily communication, coordination, and negotiation with overseas warehouse service providers on operational performance; perform KPI evaluation and ranking of service providers and provide recommendations for future cooperation.
• For company-owned accounts, dynamically manage last-mile service providers’ pickup capacity; continuously improve operational quality in online upload timeliness, delivery success rate, and delivery aging.
