Summary:

The Operations Management Associate plays a key support role in ensuring the organization's day-to-day operations run smoothly. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who want to learn how operating systems, workflows, and business processes function within a professional environment . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience in project management, coordination, and organizational efficiency improvement.

Operations Management Associate

Responsibilities : Included b ut not limited to

• Assist in monitoring daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company procedures
• Supports the development and implementation of process improvements and workflow enhancements
• Helps gather, track and analyze operational data to identify trends or opportunities
• Coordinates small projects or tasks across departments to maintain progress and alignment
• Assist with organizing schedules, timelines and communication between teams
• Maintains documentation, checklists and operational reports with accuracy
• Provides general administrative support to the operations team as needed

Qualifications:

• Must live in a HUBzone area
• Strong interest in operations, business management, or organizational systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured environment
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office S uite
• Ability to handle multi ple tasks with professionalism and organization
• Prior office or operations experience is helpful but not required
• Proactive and eager to learn
• Dependable and punctual
• Analytical and curious
• Organized with strong follow-through
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
