Position Title:

SOC Analyst / Cybersecurity Specialist

Overview:

We are offering a specialized Training & Placement Program in SOC (Security Operations Center) & Cybersecurity for experienced IT professionals who are looking to restart or transition their careers into the fast-growing cybersecurity domain.

This program is designed for professionals with prior experience in IT, Networking, or related fields. It equips them with up-to-date security skills, hands-on training, and placement opportunities in leading IT companies and MNCs.

This program is open to:

• Fresh graduates seeking their first job in SOC and Cybersecurity.
• Experienced IT professionals (including career-break candidates) who want to restart or transition into cybersecurity.

Training will be conducted in-office only at our Central New Jersey location.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor, detect, and analyze security alerts using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, ELK).
• Investigate incidents such as phishing, malware, data breaches, and insider threats.
• Conduct log analysis, vulnerability scanning, and patch compliance checks.
• Assist in incident response and security forensics activities.
• Research and apply best practices for endpoint, network, and cloud security.
• Contribute to compliance initiatives (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be local to Central New Jersey and able to attend in-person training.
• Freshers: B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / MCA / Diploma in CS, IT, or ECE.
• Experienced Professionals (Career Restart): Prior experience in IT, networking, or system administration, now looking to transition into cybersecurity.
• Basic knowledge of networking & OS preferred.
• Strong passion for security and willingness to learn.
