Key Responsibilities:

1. Load and unload product carts
2. Inspect clothing, linens, accessories, and household items
3. Sort and classify items by brand, quality, and condition
4. Clean and prepare items for sales floor presentation
5. Tag and price products accurately
6. Move merchandise to the sales floor
7. Prep and organize products for shipment

Qualifications:

1. Strong work ethic and reliability
2. Ability to meet or exceed production goals
3. Capable of tracking and reporting daily performance
4. Effective multitasking skills
5. Comfortable in a fast-paced setting
6. At least 18 years of age

Physical Requirements:

1. Lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
2. Reach overhead, bend and crouch periodically
3. Stand for extended periods
4. Grasp items continually

Work Environment:

1. Occasional exposure to temperature changes and dust
2. Flexible scheduling may be required based on store needs and special events
3. May be assigned alternative duties as needed

Education & Experience:

1. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
