Benefits: Car allowance, medical, dental, 401k, etc. The company guarantees a full year of commissions at a minimum of 130k, but there are no caps on commissions. You are paid on everything sold on top of your base. This territory is producing 700K+ so with the current base and monthly commissions it is on track to do 140K. Easily able to crush your at plan and paid 10-20% on all products sold.
