Key Responsibilities:

• Exhibit a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders
• Prepare beautifully constructed sandwiches/food according to formula and in a timely manner
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain them to guests accurately
• Use Point of Sale system/cash register to record the order and compute the amount of the bill
• Check products in sandwich unit area and restock items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift
• Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image
• Understand and adhere to all quality standards, formulas, and procedures
• Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards
• Perform light paperwork duties as assigned
• Complete University of SUBWAY® courses (brief online trainings) as directed

Key Management Responsibilities:

• Our management team motivates, coordinates, and oversees the day-to-day operations.
• Requires excellent communication skills, ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Computer knowledge desirable.
• Recruit and train staff
• Make the schedule
• Maintain and safeguard inventory and money systems
• Ensure employee safety, food safety, and overall company safety
• Handle and process paperwork

Job Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent
