Title: Mail Processor 1

Location: Atlanta GA (30308)

Contract: 2 Months Contract

Shift Start: 5:00 am - 10:00AM (Monday to Friday)

Pay Rate: $16.00 hourly on W2

Job Description

• 0-5 years' experience. Receive and sort incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Prepare outgoing mail, including letters.
• Assist Operator running bill inserter machine to insert customer bills into envelopes (training on machine will be provided) Maintain accuracy, quality, and safety standards.
• Handle overflow duties such as assist with additional tasks that may impact mailroom operations, such as office supply management or equipment maintenance, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted mailroom services.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, like data entry and record-keeping.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the mailroom area.
• Load/unload trays of mail onto pallets, be able to lift up to 20 lbs and ability to operate a pallet jack.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• This is an early morning assignment Monday to Friday start time 5am to 10am.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, noisy environment, hearing protection will be provided.
• assignment time expected to be 60 days.
