Position Overview:

We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our crew. Think you can juggle compliance, staff management, and a smile? Then you might just be the superhero we need!

LNHA Key Responsibilities:

Manage the overall operations of the nursing home to ensure a safe, clean, and positive environment for residents.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including those pertaining to health and safety, resident rights, and quality of care.
Lead and manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care.
Collaborate with medical staff, residents, and their families to ensure individualized care plans are effectively implemented.
Oversee the budget and financial operations of the facility, including managing expenses and optimizing resources.
Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement among staff.

LNHA Qualifications:

Active Pennsylvania LNHA license (superpowers optional, but preferred).
Experience as a Nursing Home Administrator.
Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations.
Stellar leadership, communication, and people skills.
