Job Summary:

Landscapers are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and enhancement of outdoor spaces in residential, commercial, and public environments. This role involves tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, irrigation setup, and seasonal clean-ups. Landscapers operate hand tools, power equipment, and machinery safely while following company and industry standards. The position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure landscapes remain healthy, attractive, and well-kept.

Duties:

1. Perform routine lawn care including mowing, edging, trimming, and leaf removal
2. Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and maintain garden beds
3. Apply mulch, fertilizer, and other materials to support plant health
4. Install and maintain irrigation systems
5. Operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) safely
6. Assist with hardscape tasks such as laying sod, pavers, or stones
7. Identify and address basic plant health issues
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites and tools

Requirements:

1. Experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred
2. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
3. Physical ability to lift, carry, and perform repetitive tasks
4. Basic knowledge of plants, lawn care, and equipment operation
5. Experience in other property maintenance work (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, general handyman) will be given preference.
6. Strong work ethic and reliability
7. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
