Salary: $100,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements:

• I require candidates to possess hands-on coding experience gained through coursework, projects, or internships.
• A strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, as well as web or backend fundamentals is essential.

• As an entry-level Software Developer, I expect you to engage in development using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and APIs while providing expertise throughout the entire software development life cycle, from concept and design to testing, developing, and delivering high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems.
• You will participate in discussions regarding technical solutions and design approaches.
• Conducting proofs of concept and comprehensive solutions during the development lifecycle will also be part of your role.

- This position is based in Mountain View, CA, and requires on-site presence after an initial training period.
- Uptime Crew will hire you and provide paid training for 10 to 12 weeks, after which you will join our leading fintech client's engineering team in Mountain View.
- The training program includes agile sprints, code reviews, and practical tickets with a focus on AI-assisted software development, as well as secure and compliant use of AI in regulated settings.
- Throughout your assignment, you will utilize AI coding assistants, generate unit and integration tests, and engage with logs and documentation to troubleshoot issues.
- You will collaborate with product, design, security, and compliance teams to deliver increments that align with fintech standards.
- You may work with technologies such as Java, Python, Spring Boot, REST, gRPC, React, SQL, GitHub, CI/CD, Docker, AWS, and GCP, along with various AI tools.
- Following training, the compensation starts at $100,000 annually, accompanied by health insurance, a matching 401(k), and additional benefits.
