Job Description

Openwork is currently conducting a search for an experienced Inside Sales Representative on behalf of a local cabinet wholesale company located in Kennesaw, GA . This is a full-time, in-person position with strong growth potential. The role will initially focus on inside sales and is expected to expand into light outside sales responsibilities , including local customer visits within Georgia and potential national travel as the company continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls and email outreach to prospective and existing customers
• Onboard new customers and guide them through account setup and ordering processes
• Provide product training and education to customers to ensure proper product use and satisfaction
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and activity tracking
• Manage customer accounts, follow up on quotes, and ensure timely order processing
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and management) to support customer needs and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records within CRM, ERP, OMS, and related systems

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $45,000–$55,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
• Benefits offered after 90 days , including:
• Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Health and additional company-sponsored benefits

Requirements:

• Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand products, systems, and processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google platforms; experience with CRMs, ERPs, and OMS systems preferred
• Strong, personality-driven approach to building and maintaining customer relationships
• Self-starter with excellent follow-through, time management, and organizational skills
