Position Overview: The candidate will be responsible for supporting the plastic injection mold making process. Commitment to maintain mutual respect and purpose with co-workers. Willingness to learn from and train others. The Injection Mold Maker reports to the General Manager.
Responsibilities: Build & repair Plastic Injection Molds Proficiency in operating CNC machinery Experience with CAD/CAM Software (Mastercam/Cimatron) Ability to read, interpret and work from blueprints and schematics Strong understanding and use of precision measuring equipment Set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, mills, saws, grinders, EDM's, etc.; when complete, verify the conformance of parts to specifications Other duties as assigned, as needed, to satisfy customer production/needs
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of a 2-year technical degree with an emphasis in Tool and Die or Machining is preferred
Knowledge of Plastic Injection Mold Making experience preferred A minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing tool room environment required

Pay Range and Shift:
Pay commensurate experience, OT as needed
