Bring Compassion Home – Part-Time In-Home Caregiver – Winterset, IA Are you passionate about helping older adults live with dignity, independence, and joy in their own home? Join Home Instead as a part-time in-home caregiver and make a meaningful difference every day. Shifts Available: Sundays 12 pm-4 pm Tuesday: 2 pm- 6 pm Friday: 4 pm - 10 pm Part-Time Hours: 20 hours per week Pay & Benefits * Competitive Pay: $16–$18/hr + Weekend Premium * Daily Pay & Earned Wage Access * Health Insurance & 4% 401K Match * Holiday Pay * Person-Centered Training & Career Path Opportunities * 24/7 Support Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship.
• Provide support with personal care services, including bath assistance and grooming.
• Help clients with mobility and transportation needs.
• Keep accurate records of care provided and any changes in client condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications * Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills * Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day

• Compassionate, supportive, and dependable
