We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative – Entry Level to join our growing team! This is a perfect opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with people, want hands-on experience, and are motivated to make a positive social impact . No previous experience is required — full training is provided.
Represent nonprofit clients at community events, outreach programs, and fundraising initiatives
Provide exceptional customer service while engaging donors, supporters, and the public
Communicate nonprofit missions clearly and inspire community involvement
Maintain donor relationships and contribute to campaign growth
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations and positive public interactions
Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills at all times
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, outgoing, and people-oriented
Interest in nonprofits, advocacy, community work, or fundraising
Comfortable working in busy public environments
18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
