Join our team at Snowcat Ridge as an Ice Rink Attendant!

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for ice skating to assist visitors in enjoying a safe and fun experience on our ice rink.

As an Ice Rink Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all guests.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate proficient ice skating skills to effectively assist and guide visitors on the ice.
• Provide friendly and helpful assistance to skaters of all levels, including those who may be struggling or new to ice skating.
• Enforce safety protocols and general rules to maintain a secure environment for all guests.
• Monitor the ice rink area to ensure a safe and clean environment, addressing any hazards or concerns promptly.
• Assist in the setup, maintenance, and teardown of the ice rink as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Proficient ice skating ability is a must.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests of all ages and skill levels.
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Snowcat Ridge is Florida's one and only snow park located in Dade City! There are endless opportunities within our park to enjoy the winter season assisting on the Snowy Slopes, Snow Dome, Ice Ribbon, and more!
