Established HVAC company in the Buellton area looking for an experienced full-time Service / Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.

Job Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician or qualifying technical school diploma.
• Owning your own trade-specific tools a plus - but will work with you to build your toolbox.
• Clean driving record and driver's license a must and reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
• The technician should be able to think outside the box and problem solve efficiently.
• Must have a positive attitude and a team player.
• Must be detailed, organized, self-sufficient, and dependable.

Compensation:

• Non-Union Shop.
• Starting pay based on experience $28-$60+.
• Holidays/Vacation.
