Responsibilities

What You ll Do

Be the heartbeat of our HR operations ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes

Own the employee experience from welcoming new hires to supporting team transitions

Coordinate hiring efforts schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and support onboarding

Keep our records sharp maintain accurate employee data and ensure our HR systems are up to date

Support our people answer employee questions, guide them through policies, and be a trusted point of contact

Drive engagement help plan events, recognition programs, and culture initiatives that bring our team together

Champion compliance make sure we're aligned with all employment laws and internal procedures

Jump into projects contribute to exciting HR initiatives that improve how we work and grow

What We re Looking For

  • 0 2 years of HR or administrative experience (HR experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS, ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A proactive, team-player mindset with a desire to learn and grow in HR
