Head of Content & Brand (On-Site) —

Redefine Fitness (Stony Brook & Mount Sinai, NY)

Own our content, brand, email, LinkedIn, and podcast. Day-1 operator. No hand-holding. If you haven’t shipped this before, skip this.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, shoot, edit, design, and publish daily content across IG/FB/TikTok/YouTube; repurpose long-form into shorts. Rule of 100: 100 minutes/day making content, release at least one per day.
• Capture and systemize proof weekly (before/after, reviews, screenshots, UGC) and deploy it everywhere. Raw > processed.
• Write and send 2 value-first emails/week that drive consults.
• Run targeted LinkedIn DMs to affluent locals and referral partners to book consults and podcast guests. 100/day when needed.
• Own the podcast end-to-end: scheduling, filming, editing, publishing, clipping.
• Maintain premium brand standards; design apparel/campaign creatives; manage a 1-person IC and freelancers.
• Track UTMs/lead source; keep a weekly proof/content checklist.

Weekly Cadence (non-negotiable)

• 7+ posts/week across platforms
• 1 long-form podcast/week
• 2 emails/week
• 10+ new proof assets/week indexed and matched to our ICP (40+ affluent, health-focused)

Must-Haves (Portfolio-Proven)

• 100+/month shorts shipped with measurable growth
• End-to-end podcast execution (booking → filming → clips)
• Email + LinkedIn that booked consults for a local services brand
• Proof library you built and used in marketing (fresh proof delivered weekly)

Compensation

• Base: $75,000-$80,000
• Performance Bonus: 1% of gross collected monthly revenue, paid monthly—only when cadence above is hit and rev goal hit. Clean alignment: inputs drive outputs; you share in upside you help create.

Projected Total Compensation: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
