We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and disciplined individual to join our team!

Part-time Grounds/Light Maintenance Technician

Compensation: $18 - $21/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the overall upkeep and appearance of the property.
• Ensure thorough and proper grounds upkeep, taking pride in your craftsmanship.
• Demonstrate initiative, pride, and accountability in daily tasks.
• Perform snow removal/landscaping as required, operating applicable machinery.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks, service requests, and minor repairs.
• Assure outstanding curb appeal.
• Work professionally and cooperatively with the team.

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Prior experience in landscaping, grounds, maintenance and light repairs.
• Experience in property management is a plus!
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to respond to On-call.
