Job description Here is what you will do…

Time Spent: Part time Graphic Design / Part Time Production

The position requires an individual with a strong understanding of graphic design skills for various applications and willingness to learn and effectively operate production equipment. Our team members create and operate multiple aspects of the decoration apparel & gear business.

Responsibilities:

• Create t-shirt graphics for customers and prepare the designs for print.
• Create custom products in the production studio, troubleshoot and problem solve to ensure efficiency
• Create designs for online merch stores for wholesale, retail and customer projects.
• Maintain a consistent flow of work using our robust production manager system, and take on any assigned projects.
• Operate the automated screen print press, direct to garment printer, sublimation printer, latex printer, vinyl cutter per job specifications.
• Maintain production studio organization and cleanliness. 
• Print and reclaim screens for screen print production.
• Create, Schedule & Post Social Media Advertisements as needed .

Qualifications -

• Strong knowledge of screen printing, including experience in designing t-shirt graphics and color separation is a definite plus.
• Demonstrated ability to design for printing on apparel and hard goods. Applicants should provide a sampling of works in a portfolio. Provide 2 work and 2 personal references with contact information.
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly understand and navigate new systems.
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Flexible to assume other duties as needed with our growing company.
• Proficient in design software, Illustrator/CorelDraw/VectorSoftware: A solid understanding and ability to use a vector program is a must. The capability to use Photoshop or Bitmap software is needed as well.
